I learned, through that process, that Plaxo has this neat "click here and I can show you my publicly available contact info." It gives me this snippet that I can easily cut & paste into my blog (ok, so I'm a novice blogger....) Actually, the reference to LinkedIn was because LinkedIn shows my personal bio info as well.
